Henderson Beach Resort – Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, Florida
As of the spring of 2016 Destin’s newest condo project and most talked about is The Henderson Lofts. Construction has started and looks really good. The Henderson Lofts are soon to be a 54 unit condominium building with incredible Gulf views and resort pool and amenities. Just like other condos in Crystal Beach, the vacationers and owners alike love the location and the low-density feel of this beach community.
Now that the condo has been completed for a few years we are finally seeing a few units come onto the market as resales. The only issue is that there is still a very high interest for the Henderson Lofts. We have even seen a few multiple offers come in as soon as the unit hits the market. The property borders with the eastern side of the Henderson Beach State Park. This will give the owners and guests over 1.5 miles of natural untouched beachfront to explore and use.

There will be a boardwalk leading to the beach as well as an esplanade. The Henderson Beach Resort currently encompasses approximately 14 acres of beachfront and green area land. This will be a multi-phased development plan over the next few years.
The Henderson hotel is part of the first phase of the resort. Currently, it is under construction with the completion date anticipated sometime during the summer of 2016. This highly anticipated Crystal Beach hotel is going to have 170 rooms with a conference center.
